acker vacation rentals in kelowna exceeded my expectations. comfy bed, great view, and clean suite made my short stay amazing.

Large rooms, and astounding view no matter what time of day, lovely to have private table on balcony in front of the room and the larger table for the hot tub area.

The room was very clean and comfortable for a young with one child. There was access to a washer and dryer, which made our stay very convenient.The room was spacious with a great kitchenette. The location and view of the hillside, lake, and city was beautiful. We appreciated the manager's upgrade of our room (washer and dryer).

Didn't have face-to-face contact with facility staff at any point during our 5 night stay. It would have been helpful for facility staff to meet with renters upon check-in.

The location was good for a family that wanted to get some rest at night instead of being in the heart of the night life. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. This would be a great spot for an extended stay as it had all the comforts of home and had a very relaxing atmosphere. As we arrived in Kelowna quite early, the staff made every effort to get us into our room before the check in time. This was greatly appreciated!!

Andrew was a terrible guy. He hang up on me when I make reservation and when I arrive at the hotel having trouble finding my room he didnt answer the phone and the ring bell either. really bad impression for receptionist

The apartment at Acker Vacation Rentals was incredibly spacious and clean. The living room and bedrooms were beautifully furnished, making our stay very comfortable. The breathtaking view from the property added an extra touch of serenity to our vacation. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a BBQ dinner, including tea and coffee. Additionally, the location near the airport was perfect for us. I highly recommend this vacation rental for a wonderful stay in Kelowna.

Liked the fact that it was a very comfortable suite and cozy. It felt like being at home. I would like someone to call me back as I would like to receive a full invoice for my charges. The room rate prepaid on my Visa and the cash I dropped off for the difference in my room upgrade of $92.00 . I would like this for tax purposes 780-758-0012

I receved a txt msg from a landline the night before we were to leave at 12:30 am the msg was not clear. It stated that we still owed money on the room & how I would like to take care of it. I redialed the number, left a msg, no answer. I redialed it again in the morning before check out & no answer,still to this date no call back. I specifically requested a call back! I was not impressed because my room was placed on my credit card, the charges had gone through my credit card before we even checked into the hotel. We did receive an upgrade to our room for an extra $20 / night. I asked the gentleman that I would pay the difference of $92.00 cash when I got there.Which I placed in an envelope and dropped it in the key drop box on arrival!

The view from our room was spectacular. Complete view of the city and mountains.

The room was small, and the kitchen facilities were limited to a bar fridge, and microwave oven.

value for the money i can only assume the price was because of the off season but amazing value for the dollar
